BMS Backup Terms
This integration is intended for authorised use within S.M.Registration Services BMS. The organisation controls the connected Microsoft and Google accounts and the documents selected for backup.
Users must have the necessary authority to process the selected records. Backup and recovery operations must follow BMS access controls and the file-deletion approval workflow. Existing files are not overwritten by a generic backup import.
Queued jobs depend on the designated worker computer, sign-in state, network connectivity, account access and available storage. Only an explicitly verified job result confirms completion. A submitted or queued request does not mean that a backup or recovery has finished.
This integration stores file backups with mapping metadata. It does not by itself preserve the complete BMS database, parent records, staff configuration or all Microsoft 365 services. Those require their own approved backup arrangements.
